Privacy Policy

Diamond Painting Color Match ("the app") is a diamond-painting color-matching and inventory tool for iPhone. We built it to be private by design.

Camera and photos

• The camera is used only to read drill colors and to calibrate white balance.
• Camera frames are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded, saved, or shared. The app does not store camera images.

Your inventory data

• Your stash, to-buy list, projects, and imported charts are stored locally on your device only. The app has no account system and no servers that receive your data.
• Optional multi-device sync (Pro): if you turn it on, the app syncs your data through your own private iCloud account using Apple's iCloud. The data stays within your iCloud under Apple's terms — we never receive it and have no access to your iCloud account. Sync is off by default and can be turned off at any time.
• You can export everything to a backup file, and delete any or all of it inside the app, at any time — your data is never locked in.

Data we collect

None. No analytics, no advertising identifiers, no tracking SDKs, and no personal data of any kind.

Purchases

• The optional Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase handled by the Apple App Store. We never see or store your payment details — the App Store only tells the app whether Pro is unlocked.
• Apple's handling of payment information is described in the Apple Privacy Policy.

Third parties

• Barcode and text scanning use Apple's on-device VisionKit framework. It runs locally and does not send your images or scans anywhere.
• The app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.

Children

Diamond Painting Color Match is a general-audience utility and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If a future version changes how any data is handled, this policy will be updated first, and any new data transfer will be clearly opt-in.
